Your order confirmation and shipping confirmation emails each include a View your order link. It opens a secure order status page with the carrier and tracking number once your order has shipped.
When is tracking available?
Processing takes 1–2 days, followed by a quality check of 3–4 days, in which we inspect model, colour, size, condition, labels and packaging. QC photos are available on request when provided by our supplier. Delivery takes approximately 5–10 business days after the quality check, and tracking details are usually available a few days after dispatch. All timings are estimates, not guarantees, and may vary by destination and carrier.
